This weekend is the Fit Expo here in Chicago and I’m honored to be invited to learn more about fitness. For the past several months I’ve amp’d up my fitness game and the results have been amazing. The Fit Expo is the West Coast’s largest and best known fitness event. This year they’re celebrating their 12th anniversary by expanding to the Midwest with TheFitExpo™ Chicago presented by Bodybuilding.com and Optimum Nutrition and sponsored by Subway Restaurants. The event will take place Saturday and Sunday, May 2 and 3 at Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, 5555 N. River Road, Rosemont, Hall G.
TheFitExpo Chicago will bring together thousands of fitness enthusiasts from the Midwest and around the country. Attendees will come face-to-face with top-tier fitness celebrities, executives and industry veterans on a dynamic, fast-paced exhibition floor.
