Years ago I cam across guackalemole at Whole Foods and loved it. I decided to remake my own version of it and here it is! I took out the tomatoes because I don’t like them. Feel free to add them if you like them. I love love love cumin. If I were you I’d add a dash more than the recipe calls for. I didn’t add Jalapenos but if you’re into a little spice definitely throw it in. I could take it or leave it. For this recipe I left it.

GuacKaleMole
Simple Guacamole Recipe With Kale!
- Prep Time: 10
- Cook Time: 2
- Total Time: 12 minutes
Ingredients
2 avocados
1/4 cup shredded kale
1/4 fresh red onion diced (or 3tbsp of onion powder)
4 cloves of fresh garlic ( or 2 tbsp of garlic powder)
Leaves of 3 sprigs of fresh cilantro
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
Juice of 1 lime (or 1/8 cup of lime juice)
*Add tomatoes & jalapenos if you prefer them.*
Instructions
1. Add every single ingredient to a blender or food processor. Keep one avocado pit.
2. Blend.
3. Eat & Enjoy. I prefer to chill than eat. Store with the pit. It makes it pretty and I think it keeps longer.
Notes
- For every 2 avocados add 1/4 cup of shredded kale. More kale will make it your guacamole darker and bitter.
- Store with the avocado pit, I think it makes it last longer
