Yes this is a short white dress but regardless it made me think of Mother’s Day. My grandmother was pivotal in raising me. For her birthday a few years ago she had all the women in the family get together for dinner in white. She also loves the white/cream family of colors, so much so she’s trying to get this coat from me. Also, my grandmother is trying to get me married or at least a man so she’d appreciate me showing some leg.

I found these shoes at a The Gilt Warehouse Sale. I bought them, gave them to someone who couldn’t fit them and they gave them back. 2 years later I pull them out of my closet and I’m really in love with them. I’m not always a pointy shoe fan but I love these.
