In my efforts to release the chokehold salmon and tilapia have on you all, it’s another seafood recipe. This is a quick 20
minute recipe. Fish cooks fast guys so it needs maybe 10-15 minutes in the oven at best. This recipe can be used for just about any white fish that is filleted. I use it for Cod quite often bc it’s a fish I can always find. Whatever fish you use make sure it’s deboned. Use whatever bread crumb you’d like, I use high fiber crackers. Add in paprika and cayenne pepper to make it spicer. Get to know your fishmongers bc they’re hubs of knowledge and I have a few more seafood recipes lined up for you 😉

Final Dubai Photo Dump. If you’re thinking of going to Dubai: go. There is a lot to do, to see and to enjoy. 3 things I’d do going back, 1. Go in the fall/winter months bc the heat is on hell in the summer. 2. Stay at a resort l bc Dubai is suppose to be known for opulence and it’s easier to get a Uber or Taxi at a resort or hotel. 3. Stay in Abu Dhabi a full day.

I love traveling. Any excuse to try new food, have a unique shopping experience and see a new culture is right up my alley.
I’ve taken the last 2 months off from traveling to enjoy summer time Chi but now worries, I’ll be back in the skies soon 😂
