I’m boring- I just like a salad with grilled chicken, and mandarin oranges.
I love both of those!!! I really love to marinate my chicken in Whole Food’s Organic Carribbean Jerk Chicken marinade for 24 hours and then throw it in a grilling skillet. It’s sooooo good in salads!

Grilled chicken is my fav. I love to marinate my own, cook it and put in the fridge to make salads throughout the week.

My favorite healthy meal is salmon and white rice with steamed broccoli.
Ooooh I love love love Salmon. Especially firecracker salmon or just skillet cooked salmon with lemon juice sprinkled over it.
