In my mind this is what I’d be wearing if summer would just come on already! The Chicago weather is crisp and some what cold at times. EVERYONE in this city is ready for Summer Time Chi including me. This outfit would be perfect for everything from festivals to eating dinner outside while shopping on Rush! I can’t wear what I want at the moment but a girl can dream!
